In 2009 life brought me to Cwmstwrdy, a smallholding in beautiful mid Wales where I try to live in tune with the seasons and my surroundings.
I breed prize winning angora goats and bowmont and shetland sheep for their fine fleeces which I sell as raw or washed fibre, in the natural colours or dyed with plants, mostly grown here in my garden. Some of my sheep’s wool has been spun into yarn at a Welsh mill which I then dye for sale or use in my own crafts. I also use ‘re-homed’ commercial yarn and upcycled textiles in my craftwork to make household and wearable products such as blankets, scarves and bags. You can see more in my Etsy shop and on my Facebook page.
